Senior Industrial Security Representative

What you'll be doing: Responsible for performing all aspects of security to include personal, physical, program, technical, visitor control; CAC card processing, classification management and COMSEC management utilizing requirements set forth in the NISPOM and other applicable government directives and guidance. Interface with business unit management, engineering staff and customers to implement required security measures; development of security education materials and conduct in-depth security training. Investigate security incidents and violations, prepare reports of investigations for management and customers, making specific recommendations for corrective and preventative actions. Provide badging/visitor control/clearance processing support. Act as primary document custodian for classified document control support. Coordinate and lead internal self-inspection to include document preparations, conduct inspections and follow-up/closure of all findings/observations. Maintain security clearance records and databases.

What your background should be: Prior experience as a FSO and successful implementation of a NISPOM compliant security program. Successful completion of FSO certification for possessing facilities coursework. Experience developing and implementing security procedures and plans. Excellent oral, written, technical, analytical and interpersonal communication skills. Working knowledge and experience with computer systems within a secure environment. Must have a understanding of NISPOM requirements. Ability to author information systems security plans, maintain accreditations, ability to perform technical certifications for accredited systems.
