Senior Internal Audit / Process & Business Consultant

What you'll be doing: The candidate for this position will be an energetic, self-motivated leader who is able to provide business process analysis/improvement, risk management and control expertise to personal lines, special lines and commercial lines. In this role, you will lead consulting and audit projects focused on improving the quality and efficiency of critical processes and practices across business functions including: R&D, Pricing, Product Management, Advertising, Acquisition and CRM. This person will evaluate these exposures by utilizing tailored frameworks and methodologies to assess the processes and practices, synthesizing conclusions into practical recommendations, and work with management in developing and deploying the solutions. This role will also involve coaching and advising auditors on continuous improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

What your background should be: Requires at least 5 years of related prior work experience. Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, as well as listening and interviewing. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Project management experience is required. This position is subject to online pre-employment testing for internal and external candidates. Process improvement exposure (Lean, Six Sigma, etc). Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
