Senior Java Developer

What you'll be doing: The senior java developer will work on a project developing a CRM tool for lead management. In addition, this position will work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Solution must be aligned with business and it strategies and comply with the organization architectural standards. The candidate will involve in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that delivered on time and within budget. Make recommendation towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. Build recommendations. Assume experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.

What your background should be: The candidate should have 3 to 5+ years of programming/systems analysis experience. S/he should have strong JAVA, J2EE, JUnit, Strong SQL, Server 2008, VSS, and TFS experience. Excellent knowledge in J-Integra, XML, XSL JSP, Eclipse, WebSphere, HTTP Server, MQ, WebServices. Any experience with CRM in addition to Java and JUnit is a huge plus.
