What you'll be doing
- Teach and maintain the following and other related courses or workshops in the leadership, supervisory and professional development programs should the need arise: human development (HD) policies (online through blackboard), performance management, supervisory skills applied, and the staff action course. Assist the leadership, supervisory and professional development customer program managers and human development directorate to design and develop instructor-led and online courses. Perform other job-related duties and functions as required and assigned.
What your background should be
- Pervious supervisory skills. Minimum of 10 years of instructional experience with strong facilitation skills.
