What you'll be doing

Responsible for planning and project management of activities required within the product launch process to ensure a successful launch. Work in partnership with U.S. supply chain, external supply, manufacturing, customer service, distribution and other enabling support elements to meet critical time lines and ensure product availability for day one of the scheduled launch. Develop and manage customer product staging requirements. Work with customer service and distribution to manage the staging process and and initial launch orders. Provide accurate and timely communications regarding the launch plan to ensure the leadership team and national account directors have the required information. Responsible for launch materials including the product launch packet, HDMA sheets, and registration materials for Puerto Rico or state entities as required. Provide insights and analysis to support the go to market plan for product launches. Support the customer bid process and requests for product supply utilizing the SPEAR program. Work with sales, pricing, and U.S. supply chain on inventory requests, and product forecasts. Provide input for lost business reporting. For assigned products, partner with U.S. supply chain, external supply, manufacturing and customer service to ensure optimal coverage for products. Represent in monthly product forecast reviews and sales & operations meetings. Areas reviewed include transfer projects, supply inquiries, back orders, safety stock levels, and short dated inventory. Manage areas related to timing and communication of NDC changes, package configurations, and discontinuations. Represent and provide input as required for area quality review meetings and market action committee meetings.

What your background should be

5-7 years experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. Generic pharmaceutical business experience preferred. Experience in operations/supply chain, product forecasting, problem solving, and implementing tactical plans. A proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional processes. Demonstrated track record of working with and influencing people and multidisciplinary teams in a complex and fluid environment.
