What you'll be doing

Partner with senior business leaders globally in designing, leading, and executing projects to measure customer experience and evaluate new business opportunities. Work with sellers, sales teams, seller support, and fulfillment globally to identify opportunities for improvement in all seller facing products, systems and tools. Understand the end-to-end business of our sellers and identify innovative solutions to known and unknown problems. Conduct customer, industry, trend, and competitor research to identify risks and opportunities for the seller business. Develop data driven recommendations, and communicate, sell in, and track actionable findings.

What your background should be

Minimum 7+ years experience in areas such as management consulting, strategy, ecommerce, financial planning & analysis, or product management. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills. Superior english and japanese verbal and written communications skills, and demonstrated ability to sell new ideas to senior leaders. A passion for customer experience combined with business curiosity and a strategic viewpoint. Proven analytical and quantitative skills and strong attention to detail; ability to use hard data and metrics. Experience conducting financial analyses and building complex business cases to justify business action and investment. Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent
