Senior Manager of Planning and Results

What you'll be doing: The senior manager of planning and results will contribute to the business efforts for providing accurate planning and results communications and manage, if applicable, support staff positions. Participate in a data-driven approach to support web in planning and prioritization, implementation, and sustainment of web site portfolio projects. Work with appropriate groups within the company to determine planning development capacity, timelines, and risks for implementation schedules. Implement and manage the defined approach for the organization planning for new and enhanced capabilities. The role will collaborate with operations, adoption, and results teams to support planning tactics and procedures in support of online capabilities/products and work across metric teams to define the approach and coordinate results communications. Work with metrics and other relevant groups to define, coordinate, and report results and the business impact of ongoing customer transactions/interactions, especially related to new or enhanced capabilities to ensure solid planning. Support product managers with defining specific product KPIs for ongoing assessment of product performance and use with identifying enhancement opportunities.

What your background should be: The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience using data/metrics in problem solving and analysis of issues and driving decisions and results. Experience defining key metrics and reporting needs. S/he should have 2+ years of working experience in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with multiple teams. 1+ years of working in defining business case benefit assumptions and developing inputs to business cases; 1+ years of planning experience. S/he should have demonstrated leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, growth environment. Applicant should have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. S/he should have the ability to prepare concise presentations and interface well with multiple disciplines. Experience working across multiple business groups of a multi-level organization. S/he should be self-starter, familiar with planning, forecasting, and reporting processes as it relates to the telecom industry. Incumbent should have good decision-making skills and ability to generate ideas and solutions for opportunities and issues. Experience working with projects through a software development lifecycle. The role should have project or program management experience; experience writing business requirements; previous online experience previous industry experience in telecom.
