What you'll be doing

Be a champion for retail execution to influence decisions (PCH and customer) that drive higher customer service levels, more efficient use of resources, and ultimately shareholder value. Develop and maintain a national retail execution strategy. Manage the retail budget. Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales strategy, and field sales to set national retail priorities. Support retail operations managers and account teams in the development of account retail strategies and planning. Maintain a clear vision and understanding of key retail operations of the customer and how to manage the critical activities required to support. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships at multiple levels to drive retail operations excellence. Manage internal expectations regarding influence on customer retail operations and execution. Manage national retail strategy for new item launches and end of life exits.

What your background should be

10+ years of broad OTC experience in operations, sales, and/or retail. Project management experience required.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree is required.
