Senior Marketing, Consultant

What you'll be doing: The candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional analysis and requirements definition for multiple ongoing projects within the self serve team. Responsible for analyzing, facilitating, prototyping and documenting requirements for company platforms including both online and mobile platforms. Manages multiple highly complex strategic projects for self serve enhancements for all company platforms by managing the development and ownership of the interface and user experience. Responsible for ongoing review to identify areas of improvement and drive those to implementation through effective evaluation and communication of the opportunity. Leads and facilitates requirements sessions with key stakeholders and capturing project requirements, interpreting the business needs and developing user flows. Monitors performance of the application and web site via Web reports and other performance tools to quickly identify trouble spots. Responsible for providing agency and internal teams direction to create user experience, wire frames, visual comps and asset creation that includes interface design, graphics optimization, navigation, site layout and usability design.

What your background should be: 5+ years of sales, operations and marketing experience; e-commerce/internet sales experience preferred. 5+ years in project managing focusing on highly complex initiatives. Experience with communicating and presenting to upper management. Experience in writing world class requirements documents and strong facilitation skills are required. Experience in self serve platforms for web and mobile is a plus. Must possess a thorough understanding of the requirements definition phase, its deliverables, and its relationship to all other phases of the SDLC. Proficiency in MS office required.
