What you'll be doing

Plan, direct, coordinate and control resource of the patient service area to provide food service for patient. Monitor and analyze the performance of the unit through verification and analysis of patient satisfaction system. Formulate an action plan to correct deviation to plan. Maintain product and service quality standard by conducting ongoing evaluation and investigating complaint. Initiate corrective action. Implement and maintain patient services program. Recognize and adopt activities appropriate to specific issue directly related to the age of patient and resident population. Meet with food production and other personnel to plan menu. Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standard and sanitation regulation.

What your background should be

A minimum of one-year experience as a senior patient services manager or a minimum of one to two years of experience as a leasing consultant or comparable combined experience in the property management field or other related industry. Ability to communicate and maintain good relationship with home office employee, resident, and site employee. Excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to interact effectively with person of diverse social, cultural, and ethnic background. Proficiency in all administrative, leasing, and marketing area of property management operation.
