What you'll be doing

Perform color correction, photo retouching, image assembly utilizing sound design, and production principle for high quality color output. Maintain consistent quality, proactively evaluating project from a technical and stylistic standpoint and effectively communicating concern and opportunity to drive continuous improvement. Help establish appropriate image specification per project. Orchestrate on time and on budget execution and delivery. Ensure technically sound file construction. Lead specific aspect of image production execution, thinking in both print and digital form as needed. Participate to internal meeting. Manage multiple projects and work with multiple disciplines at one time.

What your background should be

Possession of an undergraduate degree in related field.

Required Schooling / Training

Five or more years working experience in related role, experience at an agency is a plus. Expertise in adobe creative suite, with an emphasis in Photoshop. Excellent color and image composition skills. Ability to interact at all levels in a professional manner maintaining effective communication, both written and spoken. Ability to organize information, prioritize, have attention to detail, and accurately follow procedures. Ability to maintain self-motivation and to work independently. Strong working knowledge of the latest technologies.
