Senior Program Manager

What you'll be doing: Define the target market, understand customer needs and competition, identify opportunities, drive innovation in the area. Create specifications for products that include desired user workflows and product requirements. Drive product development from conception to launch, jointly with a team of world-class engineers and designers. Help prepare go-to-market strategy, and drive product launch in conjunction with the marketing team. Establish ecosystem of partners and early adopters, jointly with the business development team. Own the technical aspects of the relationships. Establish shared vision with related product teams at outside. Represent the product at conferences. Program managers at the company work very closely with engineers and you will need to be technically strong to connect the dots and to drive the right outcomes.

What your background should be: 8+ years of product/program management experience or equivalent, including at least one year experience from product conception to launch. Knowledgeable about computer security. Familiarity with applied cryptography is a big bonus. Solid communications, cross-group collaboration, and team leadership skills. Technical depth to translate desired features into reality. Fast learner, thrive in fast-paced environment, lead in ambiguity.
