What you'll be doing
- Assist in the selection and marketing of network strategies by providing analytical support and clearly communicating with internal departments on customer requirements and network advantages. Demonstrate great depth of knowledge/skills in own function. Sometimes act as a technical resource to others in own function. Proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests. Solve moderately complex problems on own. Work with team to solve complex problems. Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives. May coordinate work of other team members.
What your background should be
- At least 5+ years of experience with data entry and corporate setting. Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Access. Experience in ingenix product applications is desired. Experience working with healthcare providers and in a healthcare related position is preferred. Customer service experience working with internal teams is preferred. Experience working with healthcare providers is preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED.
