What you'll be doing

The candidate will work independently to develop new business with prospects that have the largest and most complex credit needs. S/he will be responsible to maintain established market presence and extensive network of outside referral sources of new business. S/he will prepare basic management reports summarizing loan activity. S/he will also meet regularly with internal referral sources to establish business relationships and develops network of outside referral sources for new business. S/he will be responsible to compile necessary data and information to begin financial analysis. S/he will also be responsible to negotiate specific terms and conditions within parameters defined by credit decision and finalizes loan agreements with prospects and customers and closes sales. The candidate will contribute and provide input to loan decision process based on evaluation of credit risk and other key factors from credit management. S/he will assist in the development of less experienced loan officers. S/he will responsible for growth goals (loans, deposits, fees), both individually and assisting the team, through development of new commercial customers and cross selling existing customers as well as an established network of resources.

What your background should be

10+ years related experience is required. High level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment. Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks.

Required Schooling / Training

4 year degree or equivalent experience.
