What you'll be doing
- The Senior Specialist (BTS Card Service) provides debit card services to the brokerage and mutual fund community. Maintains contact with first data resources to provide customer service and debit card services to brokerage and mutual fund community. Ensures debit card program interacts with brokerage and client-cash management programs by providing appropriate information. Responds to customer and client inquiries regarding related processing systems such as Visa, FDR, FSA, etc. Designs debit card/cash management account materials. Develops procedure for maintaining and implementing materials. Produces monthly client invoices, management and performance reports. Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a professional field. Integrates and evaluates new advancements in the industry to coordinate and contribute to successful business results. Questions problem definition and re-frames question to address the underlying issues. Must think outside the box to develop creative approaches to problem solving and original solutions. Decisions influence overall program or project success, client relationships, expenses, and the unit ability to meet objectives. Maintains effective internal and external contacts. Models good client relations. Anticipates and meets both short and long-term needs of customers. Seeks ways of improving client service orientation. Presents or exchanges information. Participates in group meetings to exchange status, date, etc.
