What you'll be doing

Drive process improvements. Lead an integrated team in the development of all project documentation (project plans, statements of work, etc.) and in collaboration with finance and other partners. Ensure the integrity of the online systems and information through implementation and maintenance of established system management practices, processes, and controls. Coordinate long-term release schedule. Participate in long-term forecasting and resource planning. Troubleshoot technical problems identify the root cause of an issue. Track, report, and regulate major issues related to a given project. Identify the needs and manage the production process. Monitor project pipeline and contribute recommendations for required assets and resources. Perform other duties as assigned.

Proven experience-managing direct reports. Ability to lead teams and coordinate work tasks. Ability to develop and grow business relationships. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to gain alignment among different stakeholders. Ability to manage a $3-6 million budget.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in IT or related degree or equivalent.
