What you'll be doing

The service agent is responsible to sell, market and service company superior, differentiated insurance products to existing clients and new customers. Collect insurance premiums from existing customers and update customers information. Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective clients needs and goals with exceptional customer services. Set appointments with prospective insurance customers and meet with individuals and business owners in homes, businesses or other settings. Expand current business by consistently understanding clients changing needs and making appropriate recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Good communication and excellent listening skills with a positive attitude plus the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner. A detail oriented professional with excellent time management, organization and computer skills. A valid state driving license and reliable insured transportation. Self motivated and self disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
