What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will report directly to an assigned District Manager and is involved for the management and oversight of a field service business unit, involving P&L management, personnel management, health & safety/compliance management, and business development. Service Center Manager will supervise business functions according to budget. The person will hire and train quality personnel, provide ongoing management oversight in personnel reviews, disciplinary actions, etc., and work closely with Corporate Human Resources in complying with any and all company policies. The position holder will be liable for ensuring that all workers maintain a safe workplace and working closely with Corporate Health & Safety in ongoing health and safety programs, incident investigations, and in maintaining a health and safety culture within the business unit.

- 6 years of industry experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
