What you'll be doing
- The Service Manager will be directly responsibile for service personnel and the day-to-day operation of field and shop operations including profit/loss, operational performance, cost of operation, equipment maintenance, operational safety and compliance with environmental laws and regulations. The ability to manage change and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a complete understanding of corporate safety and compliance policies. Create yearly plans and objective and lead the team of technician to achieve those targets. Coach field team workers for the production output. Oversee day to day overall transactions of business.
What your background should be
- 5 Years of relevant expeirence
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma required / Bachelor's Degree preferred
