What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will lead, supervise and support a team of Customer Service Technicians in the Brooklyn, Queens Area and potentially upper New York and NJ areas. The person will deliver timely and cost-effective quality product and technology services to customers. Service Manager will ensure a high level of external customer satisfaction and achieve service goals and objectives. In this role, the successful applicant will provide day-to-day direction and help to team of customer support technicians to ensure delivery of timely, cost effective, and quality product and technology services. Moreover Serve Manager will offer proper direction to assist team/marketplace and achieve service goals and objectives.
What your background should be
- 6 years of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree/GED
