The Service Manager will access and and presents future needs, opportunities, trends and challeneges of the services department. Prepare annual and semi annual profit / sales plans and prepare budgets according to those plans. Travel with the sales team to meet the customers. Make sure that all the policies are implimented and well understood in the service department. Within the company's overall plans prepare short and long term plans for the department. Maintain good coordination among different departments on behaf service department. Coordinte the processing of claims related to warranty under the policy and update all the reports to the branch manager.
What your background should be
Minimum 4 Years of experience in related field
Required Schooling / Training
High School Diploma with CDL preferred
