What you'll be doing
- The position holder will be responsible for managing and directing service operations for company,ensuring the quality to meet the customers's requirement, manages field labour group, develop their skills, manage unproductive time to lowest level and meet agreed upon schedule and make sure the productibilty of billable hour of technicians to maximum. The Service manager will also be involved in recruiting, interviewing and hiring of staff and will ensure that work place is safe and all safey measures has been followed. The incumbant will also impliment the company policy
What your background should be
- 10 + years heavy Commercial and Industrial HVACR experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Universal CFC Certficate
