What you'll be doing
- Provide support to sales staff potential customer databases and qualified lead generation. Process development of systems implementation and training. Manage corporate federal compliance programs including safety/OSHA and USDOT/FMCSA. Communicate with service sales managers and service personnel for facility and jobsite meetings. Complete job costing analysis. Provide data and trend analysis for review of warranty claims. Cross-train in other responsibilities. Participate in ongoing process improvements. Conduct product demonstrations or training. Oversee materials inventory and storage organization. Support the service sales group with the coordination of resources, sales opportunity analysis, financial results/progress to goal analysis, federal program compliance and process systems implementation and training.
What your background should be
- Experience in technical services scheduling, process, data analysis and financial reporting. Minimum of three years experience in technical services support responsibilities. Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proven leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
