What you'll be doing

Recruit high quality talent for service team and assist manager with screening and interviewing applicants. Provide initial and on-going training to technicians and ensure they obtain and maintain required licenses, certifications or registrations. Monitor service quality through site inspections, service paperwork and reports and direct communication with customers. Observe technicians in the field, provide recognition as warranted and coaching as needed; conduct regular performance review with manager. Monitor vehicle operation and maintenance and address variances from company requirements. Manage inventory of products, materials and equipment, allocate to service team per service requirements and maintain proper documentation. Support the efforts of sales representatives and encourage technicians to up-sell customers and generate leads for the sales team. Monitor technician routes and schedules, regularly review service paperwork and reports and take action as necessary to ensure work is complete, accurate and on-time.

What your background should be

A current state driving license. 3+ years in a managerial role. Previous pest technician experience is a plus.

Required Schooling / Training

4 year degree.
