What you'll be doing

Maintain a clean, professional, polite demeanor with all the clients, their families, and caregivers at all times. Assure timely deliveries to meet or exceed customer expectations. Possess a complete working knowledge of all equipment provided in order to properly set-up, troubleshoot problems, and educate the client and/or caregiver. Document education of client and/or caregiver for safe and proper use of all equipment supplied. Acquire all required signatures on forms required at delivery; obtain and verify all information required upon delivery. Assure that all equipment is clean and functional, has been properly stickered, and that rental ID numbers, lot numbers, concentrator hours, etc are documented on the work order as required. Report any discrepancies to management immediately. Check picking accuracy of orders as they are loaded on the vehicle. Bag and label dirty equipment and handle according to protocol. Assure that vehicle is clean, in good working order, and stocked with the required forms, cleaning and safety supplies, and tools. Document a vehicle safety check once a week. Communicate with management when vehicle requires service or maintenance. Complete all deliveries as scheduled.

What your background should be

Ability to obtain CDL endorsement. Detail oriented, excellent customer service and follow-up skills. A valid and in good standing driving license.

High school diploma
