What you'll be doing

As a Services Delivery Intern he or she can expect both a rewarding and stimulating experience in a field operations environment. Program participants will make a real difference to practical business changes around: services delivery operations and programs, opportunity to increase knowledge of technology and services driven solutions and broad exposure to all levels of the delivery business, customers and processes. The role holder can expect to participate in projects and delivery activities within a field operation. Additional activities would also include, but not be limited to, supporting or assisting in Managed Print Services assessments and RFP activities, data analysis, and participating in customer-focused events. The position will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of presentations for customer communication and business review meetings.

What your background should be

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate within a team environment. Ability to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
