Shop Helper

What you'll be doing: The ideal candidate maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the front office and daily housekeeping of the production area including daily emptying of waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts. The candidate assist in cleaning of spray booths and placing tools and equipment in proper location. Ensure all cars are protected for inclement weather. Secure all vehicle and ensure vehicle keys are separate and secure. Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.

What your background should be: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driving license and be eligible for coverage under client companies insurance policy (not an excluded driver). Must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check. Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written. Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time and must be able to push or pull, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and crawl frequently. Moderate noise levels in this working environment. Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
