What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross functional team. Drive sales, marketing and new hire recruiting success through social media. Create, manage and grow client companies social media presence. Manage social media campaign and day to day activity. Create and manage all publish content (e.g. written, image and video). Monitor social media activity related to client company. Engage in dialogue and answer question where appropriate. Conduct social media advocacy. Develop and expand outreach effort to the social media community, including blogger. Design, create and manage promotion and social advertising campaign. Monitor benchmark for measure the impact of social media campaign. Analyze, review and report on effectiveness to management. Focus on continuous improvement and test new initiative. Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capture customer and patient online review. Monitor online rating and respond accordingly. Monitor trend in social media tool, application, channel, design and strategy. Identify threat and opportunity. Propose proactive initiative to management. Must perform other duty as required or assigned.

What your background should be

5+ years experience or equivalent exposure to a fast paced corporate environment. In depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (e.g., blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram etc.). Experience leveraging social media management and analytics tools. Experience creating and editing content for social media. Ability to set clear objectives and deliver results in social media. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and understanding of digital production processes. Knowledge of strategic planning and processes for brand management and creative development, including research tools and evaluation of results, especially as related to 360 integrated communication planning. Convey a strong professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work.

Required Schooling / Training

BA or BS, with focus on communications, advertising or marketing preferred.
