What you'll be doing

Work with the plan organization in understanding customers strategic vision and enable the product owner group to meet it. Create an environment to help managers and staff self-manage and evolve (transparency, inspection and adaptation, empowerment, etc.). Provides organizational coordination, cohesiveness and consistency. Ensure onshore and offshore management are following uniform goals, processes and metrics. Ensure barriers to cross-team and cross-location synchronization and collaboration are identified and eliminated. Ensure community of practice(s) are set up with cross-location representation and effectively utilized within product planning and delivery. Onboard, guide, oversee, collaborate with, and mature leadership. Hold direct reports accountable to follow current SDLC process and meet the commensurate key metrics. Accountable for evolving and ensuring metrics dashboard is used by all direct reports to inspect the current state of product development, troubleshoot barriers and inspect and adapt the current SDLC. Provide day-to-day oversight of direct reports; actively works to promote and recognize performance.

What your background should be

The applicant should have experience in related field. Must have good communication skills. Multitasking ability must. Basic computer skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Master's degree.
