What you'll be doing
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot computer and related hardware and software, including peripheral equipment. Assist with identifying and implementing technology solutions for customers. Perform installs, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) for hardware and software. Including completion of process documentation. Receive, respond and manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Maintain record of daily communication, problems and remedial action taken and installation activities. Work with all staff and vendors using verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain good customer relationships and provides follow-up as needed. Participation in all phases of a project implementation.
What your background should be
- A+ certification or Microsoft certified technology specialist. Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
