What you'll be doing

Solve some of the most common and most challenging IT problem. Drives the best practice and process in demonstration, proof of concept. Deliver compelling technical and industry thought leadership to persuade the company. Largest enterprise customer business and technical decision makers of the superior business value and technical capabilities of the company. Assign internal task to team member. Work with team member on development and training need. Work with product management to understand product roadmap and upcoming training need. Enable team communication, team meeting, and team mentoring. Ability to identify gap in training area and determine a plan for filling gap area. Able to work with the sale team on scheduling conflict. Align Sales Engineering Team members to Sale territory. Manage resourcing, incentive compensation assignment.

What your background should be

At least 10 years of experience working as either a sales engineer, solution architect or system consultant role. 4+ years of team leadership and demonstrable example of growing and mentoring technical team.
