What you'll be doing

The solution designer is responsible for understanding the vision and current functionality of the company long-term care solution set and using that knowledge to communicate design throughout the extended care space. The candidate will collaborate with consulting teams, clinical designers, and strategists to understand PowerChart content build needs. Create LTC content, which includes Iview, PowerForm, and PowerPlan functionality. Work with the company lighthouse team to get clinical and design approval on the content changes. S/he will use expert resource for stakeholders including sales, consulting, and clients. Support sales and marketing process including demo support, RFP questions and training sales associates. Drive the requirements management process and functional, technical, service, and operational levels for long-term care solutions. Evaluate enhancement requests and communicate the status and process to clients. Define and document vision, functional requirements, and risk analysis using solution management tools and processes. Collaborate across enterprises, common process teams, and lines of business on similar functionality. The incumbent will support and communicate solution and functional status to stakeholders, including sales, consulting and clients.

What your background should be

The candidate should have experience building content within company millennium solutions. S/he should have background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems. The incumbent should have presentation skills or previous experience conducting educational seminars beneficial, strong analytical skills & attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with software solution development processes, experience with technical items such as requirement gathering, technical writing or software development, and experience in implementation of a software solution preferred.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
