What you'll be doing

The basic Solution Specialist position responsibilities: - Maintain in-person, active presence with the carrier representatives. - Communicate career specific reward programs to incent sales. - Present all benefits and new product features to the career representatives. - Travel within the assigned region. - Take part in sales meetings, conventions, training programs. - Build solid relationships with the career representatives.

What your background should be

Required Skills and Experiences: - Highly organized, self starting and self managed. - Bachelors Degree in Business or any other related area. - Proficient knowledge of technology and all the ways of how to apply it to solve the clients
