What you'll be doing

Candidate will manage the global and regional indirect spend with minimal supervision from the global senior category manager of professional services. The candidate will also assume responsibility for sourcing in the following categories HR, marketing, market research, advertising, consulting, office supplies, travel, fleet and others as assigned, across all global business units within the company. The position will act as a partner to the businesses, develop relationships with suppliers, maintain subject matter expertise in relevant markets, and more. This position reports to the global senior category manager of professional services. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Minimum 5-6 years of procurement experience. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working in the indirect place of a service industry. Have an established network of indirect service providers. Strongly prefer candidate with experience in procurement processes and tools. Demonstrated track record of utilizing both interpersonal skill sets and driving for results. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships across businesses and corporate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to independently conduct negotiations. Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a demonstrated ability to analyze complex pricing proposals.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree.
