What you'll be doing

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidate. Develop and maintain extensive and effective network within professional association and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidate. Utilize advanced internet mining technique. Identify and research recruiting event. Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing method. Utilize online social and professional networking site to connect with potential passive candidate. Develop and maintain a high volume of referral. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

What your background should be

Two or more years recruiting experience, demonstrated proactive, passive sourcing for engineering and oil & gas candidate. Staffing industry or corporate recruiting experience. Effectively utilize strong communication, interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skill. Demonstrates the ability to work with challenging and demanding client and adapt to change. Demonstrate the ability to build rapport with job seeker. Demonstrate the ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize task in a high volume staffing environment.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree preferred.
