What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently searching an experienced sourcing specialist to oversee the acquisition of products for internationally manufactured silicone and rubber product lines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient purchasing and acquisition of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers while supporting the manufacturing floor.
What your background should be
- The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing tangible goods from china or other overseas markets (including negotiation and supplier management). Experience working with Alibaba and other similar manufacturing directories. Excellent articulation, persuasiveness, and problem solving skills.
