What your background should be
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a sped paraprofessional. 2-3 years of experience supporting programs for students with disabilities. Experience working with students with disabilities. Experience with applied behavior analysis preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and strong computer skills to implement multiple and diverse programs. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate or bachelor degree is required.
