What you'll be doing

The successful applicant will supervise record-keeping for events in Raiser's Edge and Sphere and generate reports as required. Special Events Coordinator will develop and maintain 5K and stair climb event websites using Black baud Friends Asking Friends or similar peer-to-peer fundraising platform. It is the responsibility of the Special Events Coordinator to handle all social media activities for events, updating Facebook and Twitter accounts. She/he will oversee vendor, venue, and prospect research for events. This individual will collaborate with event participants and donors via phone, email, and in person. Moreover, to process and acknowledge event donations using Raiser's Edge and Black baud Sphere, is also the job function for this post.

2 years of event planning experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
