What you'll be doing
- The Special Events Coordinator will be answerable for supporting in the creation, development and execution of special events for a designated region he/she is assigned to. The Coordinator will work seamlessly with site sales & marketing leaders and dedicated corporate team members to establish a set event schedule, deliver on required tour numbers and over-deliver on sales results through first-class customer service throughout the event process. It is the responsibility of the Special Events Coordinator to establish strategic relationships with national partners to increase the working environment, event quality and customer satisfaction.
What your background should be
- 5 years of successful experience with event management
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
Who is the client company
- Owns, operates and manages vacation ownership resorts and, through resort and partner affiliation agreements.
