What you'll be doing

Inbound and outbound calls related to PAP, billing inquiries, collections and insurance verification. Customer service (internal/external). Documents case files with complete notes on work. Complete special projects with varied and complex components as needed. Release orders prior to shipping. Contact patients concerning credit card payments. Re-process claims for correct billing. Consistently models and inspires high levels of integrity, lives up to commitments, and takes responsibility for the impact of ones actions. Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results; encourages others to do the same. Connects meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy. Simplifies complexity and integrates internal efforts to deliver an optimal customer experience. Engages others by gathering multiple views and being open to diverse perspectives, focusing on a shared purpose that puts company overall success first.

What your background should be

Previous experience working phones on an incoming and outgoing basis. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Effective ability to communicate orally or in written.

Required Schooling / Training

High School diploma or GED.
