What you'll be doing

Proactively growing the accounts based on volume, quality, Revenue and margin. Partner and market analysis in liaison with the operations team-track & analyse the key metrics and market opportunity to ensure knowledge-based, data-driven decisions in improving the effectiveness, and growth of our leads business. Business development continually seeking new opportunities to partner with industry players, who will add to value to our market offering and support our ability grow revenue. Reporting In liaison with the operations team report on the distribution of lead volume, quality and financials by partner for retail, wholesale, and new and used products.

What your background should be

5-8 years experience in a sales / business development role, managing strategic relationships, negotiating agreements, ideally in an online environment in a progressive, client facing account management role. 1-2 years commercial experience gained in a online buisness in a BD / sales role, ideally managing traffic / leads in a CPA / CPL business environment. Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising and/or lead generation business. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management, Organization and Planning Skills. Excellent analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to effectively work both on their own and as part of a team. Sales orientation and ability to be flexible to meet varied customer requirements.
