What you'll be doing

Maintains oversight of the local service center responsible for claim handling and/or member or provider inquiries. Executes multi-site strategic and operational plan in support of business segment customer service objectives and initiatives. Oversees the following functions for assigned multi-product line service center location. Risk and claim management, customer services; effectively manages claim and customer service operation to ensure delivery of quality-focused, cost effective service and administration. Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with other function managers and other areas across/ within the segment (i.e. sales, marketing, underwriting, etc.) other business segments, and core operations ensuring all processes and work interdependencies are identified and addressed on an on-going basis. Develops and implements business strategies to provide accurate and proactive claim and risk management and customer service to members, plan sponsors and brokers aligned to service center; provides operational support for market management of plan sponsors and members.

What your background should be

Minimum 10 years of management experience is required. Communicate effectively and professionally. Read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Good knowledge in Microsoft suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
