What your background should be
- In order to enjoy all the benefits provided with the Sr. Director Healthcare Delivery role, an individual must have: - Solid proficiency in 2010 Microsoft Office. - A MA in Health Administration. - Previous experience with physician compensation including bundled payments and performance incentives. - Five years of prior experience in metrics of ROI to payers. - Previous experience on the insurance side. - Experience in developing as well as operation Accountable Care Organizations highly required.
