Sr. Education Consultant

What you'll be doing: The Senior Education Consultant teaches and trains new beauty information to team members, while working with clients to ensure sales, profit, and client service objectives met. Assist client and seek out client to ensure they have an amazing experience through great service, targeted selling and product application. You need to listen, help and make them want to come back. Create a learning environment to feel that sharing your expert knowledge around service, sales and product to be very rewarding. Comfortable coaching peers and encourages the team to ask questions. Drive for result takes direction and participates in action plans to drive the business. Participate in operations, take pride in work; keep assigned area well stocked, well merchandised and hygienic. Enjoy working as a team to maintain a beautiful environment for clients to shop. Support company programs, happy to participate in and represent company programs that positively influence the business. Comfortable discussing reward programs and inviting clients to special events.

What your background should be: Have to work in a team environment. Influence a pushy sales person, but know how to maneuver in a conversation to get someone to think differently. Know how to present new concepts or ideas to team members to get their buy in and commitment. Passion for education, love learning new information and then communicating new methods to others through coaching and feedback. Knowledge of Beauty Industry, plugged in to all of the latest beauty trends, and is constantly seeking new information to share with others. Understand retail math, productivity reports and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
