What you'll be doing

This position is responsible for supporting the manager and superior for management and external reporting. This position responsibility will include, but are not limited to; produce standard monthly business report and create new complex report as needed. Partner with the financial planning and analysis team to develop and maintain the system for forecast and budget cycle. Run data load, script and consolidation related to the monthly close, forecast and budget. Prepare schedule required for external reporting. Identify and implement process improvement.

What your background should be

Two to five year of accounting or finance experience required with two or three years related telephony experience preferred. Ability to learn new system quickly. Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skill. Ability to liaise with accounting and system group to increase productivity. Good organizational skill, high energy level and positive attitude. Detail oriented with ability to meet tight deadline without sacrificing accuracy.

Required Schooling / Training

Degree in finance, accounting or management information system required.
