The qualified applicant will become part of the company's information technology support services contract for the concern company. Provide analytical and technical support to enable design, development, validation, integration, and implementation for the 800 number/iappeals and any upcoming projects. Oversee business/user requirements efforts as part of a full systems development lifecycle and provide critical technical recommendations/solutions for complex problems. Direct the business process reengineering or business/user requirements efforts for major projects, contribute to technical, and design discussions. Provide other technical documentation support as assigned.
What your background should be
Seven years of related experience with degree or eleven years of experience in lieu of degree. Seven years of experience with mainframe/COBOL CICS, DB2, and JCL development. Three plus years of experience working on reverses engineering efforts. Three plus years of experience in technical documentation such as data flow/process flow diagrams. Excellent documentation and diagramming skills preferred. Prior SSA experiences a huge plus.
Required Schooling / Training
Bachelor degree required.
