What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible for leading the analysis of data to provide insights and recommendations on how to improve inventory productivity, the customer facing experience, and inventory flow in addition to the coordination and execution of activities associated with the lifecycle of a store. Develops the vision and drives implementation of appropriate strategies to support merchandise, supply chain, field and customer service objectives. Ability to identifies global replenishment, store and vendor performance trends and systemic failure points. Implements recommendations to improve future performance. Sets project scope, team agenda and project deliverables. Leads the development of inventory flow plans for key events and communicates information to appropriate internal partners for use in planning. Ability to anticipate and diagnose difficult, complex problems and drive development of recommendations, business plans and strategies.
What your background should be
- Minimum seven-ten years of supply chain/inventory management/replenishment/merchandising experience required. Proven ability to lead multiple, large scale business teams.
Required Schooling / Training
- Master degree or a doctorate degree.
