Sr. Manager, Placement

What you'll be doing: Determine optimal facility placement of new or expanded client programs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Optimize placement decisions by staying current on clients needs, both for physical space and technology requirements. Stay current on labor availability and costs in all centers to assess the feasibility and profitability of program contracts. Assess corporate wide activities relative to resource availability to develop options for placement. Research and analyze financial impacts of placement decisions. Assess the operational and labor capabilities of facilities to form decisions on appropriate placement of business. Analyze utilization data for future placements and make appropriate recommendations to upper management. Work with solutions design and operation groups to design client solutions and provide optimal solutions for each clients needs. Initiate service requests to obtain time and cost in support of placement options. Facilitate cross-site implementation of placement decisions by identifying key resources and tasks to accomplish. Maintain seat reservations in centralized database and manage updates to corporate site plans.

What your background should be: Six to eight years of related experience. Asset management experience preferred. Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
