What you'll be doing

Program manager to provide support to a classified customer. Experience managing large scope projects with critical deadlines. Responsible for all aspects of designing facility projects to include food services hotel and conferencing custodial grounds maintenance security monitor program. Candidate must understand facility layout diagrams and engineering concepts. Plans, designs and oversees services to include the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Full understanding of modernization and recapitaliztion principles in the project management arena. Experience interfacing with senior GS staff members. Must subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

What your background should be

Skilled in managing service contracts with an emphasis on facilities services; excellent customer relations skills; ability to build teams and develop business networks. Equivalent experience/education combinations are permitted based on the Typical Minimums required for this job which are 18 years of related experience and a Bachelors degree in a related discipline. Desired skills Experience in facilities management (CFM), Equipment Recapitalization and CMMS utilization.
