What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary resource for gathering, validating, analyzing and documenting the stated business requirement and the creation of the project use case, visual model, requirement specification, interface control document and report. Articulate requirement, make recommendation for process and business flow, develop consensus on requirement and document requirement via the approved process and template. Maintain and report on various projects metric as required. Interface directly with the customer and business owner to document business requirement. Serve as primary contact with the subject matter expert and the champion of their need across the software development life cycle.

What your background should be

Ten years of experience in requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the software development life cycle, including conducting user interviews, leading and facilitating JAD sessions, and developing business process models and formal specifications. Experience in large software development or data integration project. Solid oral and written communication skill, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topic to management and non technical audiences. Excellent analytical skill. Strong problem solving skill and ability to comprehend database methodologies.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelors degree.
